Comprehensive Justification of the Designated Stage Works

Then you give them a glass with about half a liter of room temperature tap water to stimulate their metabolism and digestive system. They shall drink this quickly in moderate sips. Afterwards, they shall be encouraged to exercise enough in the fresh air for an hour to stimulate their circulation and metabolism, as in ball and social team sports.

This is followed by breakfast, which is prepared according to a protein-rich diet with sufficient polyunsaturated and less saturated fatty acids, sufficient long-chain and less short-chain carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins and low in salt. We recommend, for example, a bowl with half a pound of low-fat quark, in which a pinch of salt, if you want sweetening, one and a half centiliters of fine crystalline sugar and one centiliter of rapeseed oil, which is particularly recommended because of its many polyunsaturated fatty acids, is given. Instead of sugar, the quark can be enriched with fresh fruit and — if desired — spicy with fresh vegetables. In general, the constant consumption of fresh vegetables is excellent. A slice of high-fiber and mineral-rich bread or an equivalent pastry can then be served and consumed with a little butter and two slices of moderately fatty cheese. They can either drink a cup with half a liter of herbal tea, coffee, milk or simply tap water. In general, care shall be taken to ensure that patients consume around two to three liters of water distributed throughout the day, if no circulatory or metabolic diseases dictate any other, and that every male patient does not exceed two thousand and every female patient no more than one thousand five hundred calories and each patient consumes at least one and no more than two grams of protein and no more than one gram of fat and one gram of sugar per kilogram of body weight.

After breakfast, patients shall be instructed to do sufficiently vigorous physical exercises, especially effective strength and endurance training in the fresh air, for an hour to strengthen their circulation and muscles. Before the physical exercise, exercises to warm up the muscles shall be done. This is the best way to stimulate digestion. Basically, regular, preferably daily, defecation shall be ensured.
