In order to defend herself against bad rogues and to practice her coming role of a mother, the woman held one cur, of which she spread the revolting tiding that it was a detestable all mauling beast. In order to discipline her, We took common rides on bicycle with the woman at which We regularly overtook her on Our bicycle, what the dog spurred to break loose from the lead of the woman and to rush after Us instead of trotting well-behaved on the lead beside the woman's bicycle. This now also set the woman against the dog brought into disrepute by her, so that she stopped, alighted from her bicycle and scolded the dog with a diabolical face of a hobgoblin foaming with rage and with thundering roaring.
