Michael Feldmann only can collect and process personal data of the users of this website, if they transmit their personal data via an electrotechnical primary imaged message, so called E-Mail, or an electrotechnical primary acoustic message, so called telephone call, to the specific electrotechnical data receiving and processing device of Michael Feldmann. Then they do so, because they want to communicate at least one certain information to Michael Feldmann. In order Michael Feldmann can know which user wants to communicate which information to Michael Feldmann, the user concerned has to communicate her or his identity to Michael Feldmann. So the sender declares her or his consent to the processing of their personal data as for example there is her or his E-mail-address, telephone number, name or postal address. The personal data collected by the contact offer of the sender are processed to the same purpose the sender intended before. So this collection and processing of personal data at least is legal pursuant to sentence 1 point (a) and (f) of Article 6 (1) GDPR. The personal data by Michael Feldmann are accumulated and protected against notice by unauthorized third parties and erased, if any legal ground for collecting, processing and accumulating the personal data is unnecessary or the data subject pursuant Article 17 (1) GDPR obtains the erasion of the personal data concerning her or him, if there is one of the grounds set out in Article 17 (1) GDPR and if none of the grounds set out in Article 17 (3) GDPR and Section 35 FDPA are against.
